azureus torrent behind ADSL router firewall problem

I have downloaded azureus and have opened these entries using NAT in my ADSL router:
-outside address: tcp and udp
-inside address: tcp and udp.
However download doesn't start; the health face is read, which means that i am not connected to any peer.
Any suggestions?

I have tried 3 differents. The azureus manual indicates that i should wait because there are not any senders at the time being. However i don't think this is the problem.
