so let's get this straight

8 people complained

8 people out of 57,000,000 and they banned the advert


when several hundred people complain about semi naked women in adverts everybody
falls about laughing and the adverts stay

but if 8 people comlain that Apple are misleading people when they say "the G5 is the worlds fastest pc..."

Yeah, funny isn't it? And the Burger King advert where a woman wakes up complaining that she's been bitten in the night, rolls over and shows a back-full of human teeth marks to her partner, has also been banned for 'inciting violence towards women'.

I am surprised that the pain-killer advert (Anadin? Solphadine? <sarcasm>I can't remember because it is such a good advert that it really sticks in my mind</sarcasm>) that shows a bull in a maze (think minatour) being 'shot' with a white ball of light (presumably representing the pain-killer) hasn't been banned due to 'inciting violence towards animals'.
