Talking Anyone else in the "Deep Freeze"?

It's been a mix between snow and freezing rain all day here... and sub-zero temperatures thanks to the wind chill factor out here in Illinois. And what's more... we're due to get even more snow in the comming days.

Anyone else out there expereincing this crummy weather?

No. I was sweating today.

Before that, there was the rain, though...A lot more than usual.

Nope...nice and sunny here in SD. It was raining yesterday and the day before. We're running short on rainfall.

Nope,
But we just got through a tornado warning, though.

Tornado season is starting a little early this year.

Bummer.

I'm just south of DC and they're calling for up to 24" tomorrow. Works for me, beats the hell out of nasty humid sweaty summers.

It's like -34 C here (Canada), and I'm running out of heaters to turn up. Hurry up springtime.

When I woke up this morning, it was 1.

I'd say it's pretty cold here.

Boy am I glad to live on the West Coast. I mean im freezing when i get up in the morning to go to college and it's like 65 degrees. You guys have to deal w/ temps from 1-20 degrees. That must really suck.

wow, 65 is the ideal temperature to me. Perfect light jacket weather. I need to find somewhere to live that it stays like 65-80 all year long. 80 is a bit too warm to me but in the middle of July I could handle it for a week or two.

The wether here has been moderatly cold, around the freezing point.

Say, does any one know how to convert degrees C to F. I can calculate it if I know at what degrees F water freezes, and what it's boiling point is.

Both scales coincide at -40 degrees, so I use this:

(C + 40) X 1.8 - 40 = F
(F + 40) / 1.8 - 40 = C
