Any app on windows to repair 1.44 MB floppies?

Does anyone know of a software for Windows 98 that can repair floppies? The software should be capable of marking tracks/sectors as bad so that floppy can be made usable...I know there r such softwares available, but dont know which one is the best...Pls suggest...
