well it is a good OS. my computer uses less resorces than ever before (even running X) and the smoothness of the whole afare is awsome. having to make the transition from windows to linux is very hard and requires great patience and more reading than i have ever done before (not that i mind). my bigest problem is understanding linux and how it works. from a new user perspective this is the bigest thing to get my head around. some times too many options leaves me stuck and not knowing which direction to take. even the vastness of support for linux users can in itself be too mutch at once. i will get used to it eventually there is just so much information out there! my experience with lunux has been excellent to say the least. i would like to say thank's to the people who bring linux to us and the creators of this forum and one day i hope to contribute as well.
