The Taking of Pelham 123

Armed men hijack a New York City subway train, holding the passengers hostage in return for a ransom, and turning an ordinary day's work for dispatcher Walter Garber into a face-off with the mastermind behind the crime.

John Travolta and Denzel Washington

Pretty good, but I prefer the 1974 original with Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw. Both versions are watchable though

The documentary is almost all made from footage she took herself and some of the footage where she's jut out in the middle of an almost perfectly still ocean with no land on any horizon are just amazing. Seeing the Panama Canal, albeit briefly, from the perspective of a small boat is pretty cool too. I actually started looking into container ship travel after watching it as I've never been on the open ocean and it looks other-worldly to me.
Give it a go.
I've spent some time at sea and it is quite a mesmerising experience.
But be warned - you do tend to long for it again when it's over.
Considering there's not a lot to actually see out there the effect is quite puzzling I guess.

I've just watched Dark City -
It turns out to be a much smarter SF movie than it usually gets credit for.

Would you maybe know the name of a recent SF movie, there is a forest, that you have monsters in the trailer, and a group of 4-6 heroes... The end of the trailer they run. They have swords or maybe super powers. The title of the movie is quite long. Looks a bit like warcraft, but it's not, neither hobbit.

Sorry, doesn't look familiar but if I see it I'll let you know.

I'm certainly bearing it in mind, and there are some relatively short voyages available. I'm more worried I'll get "cabin fever" or not have enough privacy than anything else.
