Adding computer to network

I have to get a new box to make a small home network. I have several questions and any advice would be appreaciated. I need the second new box to run Linux. I want to be able to install and uninstall various servers, including Apache, X server and Samba. I also want to be able to run LimeWire aswell. The details of the box I want to get are below. Please tell me if I am going to have any of the problems I mentioned. Could you also tell me if £75 is a good price for the following. Monitor and Keyboard etc are not included.

Pentium 200 Mhz CPU
81 MB Ram
2.3 Gb harddrive
Cd Rom
2 MB VGA
IG bit sound
56k modem
floppy drive
case

It's not a bad price for what you get, but there are better: I'd check out ebay. Do you have to pay p+p/delivery or is it for free?

There is no p+p and delivery. I have already looked on ebay, and wandering if it may be cheaper to build from parts. Only problem is I don't know what motherboard it has, so that has put a spanner in the works. Do you think I will be able to run Limewire and Apache on this box?
Thanks XavierP

You may well be able to run them, but it will run like a dog (IMO). If you are planning to run it as a server, I'd forget about using a gui at all - it will run quicker that way - you might also want to think about upgrading the memory www.crucial.com are my personal preferred supplier for memory. They deliver pretty quickly and have a tool to help you work out which memory is the best.

If you do need a gui, I'd go for a nice lightweight one like Flux or IceWM.
