A Web browser and software without any Window Popups ?

Hello,

To use a web browser, you will have to focus on where to click in order to have access to the webpage.

EU decided that a "Agreement" win popup may help to keep privacy. What kind of privacy - when all your data are anyhow monitored?

Example:
Web ... in picture
https://i.postimg.cc/T3N2sR5h/web-crap.png

Software's go the very same way.

The first mistake is to use the web as a software platform. A web browser with few GB use of mem is a mistake.
Any software should be locally and not on a cloud.

Finally we will need 10 G phones to vehicle all the cloud data flow.

mmmyeah... kinda agree, but get an ad-blocker to get rid of those nice pop-ups..

Don't think I see them in Vivaldi and certainly don't see them on android with adguard.

Sometimes I disable adguard, surf a bit and so reminded of how insane the web has become, I quickly turn it on again...

Palemoon also has a number of settings for disabling popups - light, recommended & extremist. I keep palemoon for certain areas of the net.

Anyone remember when Cable / Satellite TV main selling point was tv without advertising. That died quick. Now the internet. Free exchange of information. Unlimited potential. Now it is the worlds biggest advertising platform.

Sucker born every minute. This stuff must work on some people. I know it just makes me avoid the products that shove themselves in my face.

I like Firefox + Noscript + ublock origin + Ghostery + Privacy Badger.
Last 2 are more security than pop-ups, but still a very good idea these days.
