Absolutely, the online world has opened up incredible possibilities for 3D experiences! Have you checked out MIAM? They’re onto something really cool—blending art and technology in a unique way.
You either mean a coffee shop or some shopping app...both of which are spam. Reported.
Actually, TB0ne, your report is premature. It is actually quite true that various museums around the world are exploring new ways to provide "3D virtual tours (and similar experiences)" to ordinary web users. And, some of the things that they have lately come up with are quite impressive.

Yes, I'm well aware of the various museums and other art-related sites that exist, and the 3D tech behind them. What I AM reporting is a new poster with a single post, with a term that doesn't resolve to much related to this. The only tangentially related thing found for that term is a CGI company in Paris...which is far down on the list. Up much higher is an online shopping cart system.
