after the files have down loaded where do you find the iso's to burn for FC2.90 in windows XP

not exactly sure what your question is ...

The ISOs should have been downloaded in the folder that you may have specified immediately before the download.

i did not seem to have an option befor the download

so i geus i am wondering where the isoes would autimaticly be sent to
and how to burn them

Perhaps you can do a search for the iso files.
