Problem installing fedora3 using NFS

I tried installing fedora3 over the NFS. I downloaded the first 4 iso files to a directory /data/fedora3-iso on a machine running RHEL4 on a PPC platform. I exported the directory /data/fedora3-iso. When doing NFS install i keep getting the message directory does not seems to have a valid fedora tree. Any idea why ??

I'm thinking it's telling you that you need to set up a proper Fedora repository, and not just copy iso's to a directory. Mimic the directory structure from one of the iso's you downloaded and setup /data/FC3(or whatever) accordingly.

EDIT: oh, and populate the directories with the files from the iso images.
