I have tried installing Fedora 3 at least 4 times now, and

each time everything installs fine, until the reboot ,when system

reboot i can see grub asking for selection between windows and fc3 .

Grub start loading fc3 and afer few seconds I
see a few flashes of really strange colors and then screen goes

black ican see progress bar but everything else is black out I
see a few flashes of really strange colors.
After that it just goes blank and everything stops there.
Rebooting doesn't help either.

So boot into runlevel 3 and fix your video configuration.

When the grub splashscreen is displayed press any key. Select the Linux boot choice and press the 'e' key. Select the line that begins with something like 'kernel /vmlinuz' and press the 'e' key again. At the end of the line add a space and the number three (3). When done press the 'Enter' key followed by the 'b' key. Log on as root and do something like;

cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf_old
system-config-display --reconfig
