kernel parameter during install xen guest

Hi!

I'm using Fedora 8 x64 re-spin.
I'm trying to install a xen guest machine, but I don't have DHCP in my network. When the guest install process starts, it tries to get an address through DHCP. As I don't have a DHCP server, it times out and ask to input by hand an IP address. I typed the config, but it start again to try to fetch an address through DHCP. What kernel parameter can I pass during the install so it don't try to use DHCP? Or to give an static IP address?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Augusto

Solved

Searching at Google with other keyword, "argument" instead of "parameter" showed me the BootPrompt-HOWTO. I used the argument "ip=" and it solved my problem.

Augusto
