The disks are 100% good, because it installed on another computer with athlon cpu (it's all i know about that pc). I think that there is a conflict somewhere between the hardware and the kernel.
The question is: can this problem be fixed? if not, then what distribution will work on my PC?

'Kernel Panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!'

for those who have Asrock motherboards, and have the same problem as i did: boot into bios, and in the advanced menu, select the videocard included in the motherboard. And then start Fedora installation in text mode.
