Installing Adobe Flash Player

Hello friends!! I have been trying to install Adobe flash player in fedora by using Yum, rpm, tar.gz, but none of them has successful in this job. while installation it gives the message that the respective plugin is already installed but at youtube instead of playing video it still asks for getting new flash player. Would anybody bring me out of this trouble?? Thanx!!

have a look here

but just use the "su " command instead of the "sudo" command that mjm uses
for example - 32 bit
su -
(your root password when asked)
rpm -ivh
rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-adobe-linux
yum install flash-plugin
