I try to use forcedetah with fedora core 1.
Can anyone explain me how??

If I save forcedeath.o, depmod failed.

What I need to do?? I'm newbie so I don't understand things like "build the kernel".... how??

Someone it's running nvnet on fedora??

patch the kernel source and then reconfigure your kernel to make the modules again and install

if you are getting errors, please tell us, as we have no way of knowing what part the process is failing.

and (afaik) it's forcedeth, as in (n)forced ethernet, nothing to do with death...

we certainly can't tell you how to compile a kernel etc.... there are numerous written guide on it though, and the forcedeth docs should tell you how to apply the patch.
