Fedora installation on SATA and 102 Intel motherboard
 

Dear Friends
I have following questions :

1. Is it possible to install fedora-5 on SATA HDD.
How?

2. Intel original - 102 mother board and P-IV Dual core 3.4 GHz will support the Fedora-4/5 ?

3. 80i200 graphics card supports Fedora?

1. Yes. How? The install should have no issue with SATA vs PATA... Just install it, the GUI will show you what to do.

2. While I haven't tried this setup, I see no reason why it wouldn't work. There may be some issues with things like lm_sensors, but for the most part, everything is pretty standard these days & should work with all *nix.

3. That, I don't know. Certainly you will get graphics, whether or not they will be accelerated is another issue.
