Angry Fedora Installation freezing after selecting keyboard charactor set

I'm trying to install FC 2 on my new PC, but in the installer, it freezes after I select the keyboard charactor set (US English) type. Why is it doing this? Same thing happens in text mode install, but in text mode, it accepts the charset type, but then another box still won't appear and <Ctrl>-<Alt>-<Delete> is the only command that works.

PC is: Athlon XP 2800+, 512MB Samsung DDR400, WD 120GB HDD, Samsung DVD+-RW and Samsung CD-RW (tried installing from both drives), FC 2.
