Question Fedora install without asking for a password for root

FC2 seems to install on my machine, but skips most of the usual GUI install, it then reboots and asks me to logon. Problem is, it never allowed me to set the password for root. Is there a default root password in FC2?

Not that I know of. However, from the Linux: prompt you can enter linux single to boot into single user mode. This will allow you to change the root password without being prompted for the old one
