Fedora Core 3 crash while loading CUPS

Hi

I am trying to install Fedora Core 3. The installation process completes successfully then I reboot the system I get to Grub select the fedora core installation and the boot process starts, it loads some modules and when it reaches the point where the system must start the CUPS process it crashes

and I have to reboot. Any ideas?

Is there a problem with your printer. Is it hooked into your linux box? Is this a first time install or did it just start all of a sudden?

Seems like if it was having trouble loading your printer it would [FAILED] but it should continue. Did you give it enough time? If it is a graphical login try hitting F2 or whatever FC3 uses for verbose output during startup.

Hi

First of all i don't have a printer installed. Yes it is a first time install. No it doesn't fail it just hangs up. There is a small picture rotating that shows that the system is not hanged up and this hangs as well.
