FC5 Installer Reboot

When I try to install FC5 it works properly in text and GUI modes up until it begins to actually install the packages. It installs the first few packages normally but when it reaches 100% when installing the 'glibc' package (I think it was...) it pauses then reboots the machine. The messages that it gives you are the same as if you had pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del to reboot it.

Proccessor: AMD Athlon 64 2800+
Motherboard: ASRock K8 Combo-Z
Memory: 256MB

Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance,
- Daniel

start with the text installation and select the workstation type, contiue with the default packages, after you complette installation you can add more packages from Add/Remove packages.

There isn't a 'Workstation' package selection, there are Office & Productivity, Software Development, and Web Server. I've tried using each of these with the default packages but I get the same result. I tried customizing the package selection and I took out all of the packages except for 'X Windows System' and 'GNOME Windows System' and it got further, to about 20% this time, but then the same thing happened and it rebooted. I would remove the window systems but I don't know how to install more packages after installation if I removed them.

Fixed!

I've managed to fix the problem. I thought I would post here in case anyone else is having this problem. All I needed to do was create a SWAP partition on the hard drive. I'm not sure why but after I had done this it worked perfectly. I'm not sure why and I'm not even sure what a SWAP partition is ...
