error at install fedora 8 in iso dvd

hello

i download the fedora core 8 i386 from the site (dvd),i opened my pc for 3 days to finish it,but when it finish i opened it to install the fedora when i do the test for the dvd it arrived to 4 % in testing and stop and said to me that it's an error in downloading ,,i burned the iso file for 4 dvds but it wasn't work

plz need help how to repair the iso file ?

note i opened the iso file with all the programs in windows and it opened good and i can open anyfile in it and folders without errors

If it already gives an error in testing the downloaded file (was this the MD5 sum test?) the file is definitely corrupt and it's no surprise that it doesn't install.
As you seem to have a slow connection (my download took less then 1h) you may be better of in using bit-torrent to do the download. I'm not aware of fixing a file which is broken. Btw, the torrents can be stopped and started at any time. It may take a bit longer that way but you can download while you do other things.
