creation of live cd for my own distribution
 

hi,
I am currently working on 2.6.5-1.358 kernel.
I need to know the methodology for creating a live cd for a distribution similar to fedora.
I browsed the net and i got a material to do a live cd but it all describes about devfs file thats found in kernel <2.4
Now, i ahve a problem.Mounting the devfs manually and i fine tuned my kernel to do that.
When i did that i needed a file named devfsd which was to be installed.
I am totally confused.
When i mounted devfs file in my device file system.i get a new kernel which should support devfsd file.
But it not happening.
Please do help me.
I am sending the website i referred so that everyone knows what my problem is.
i hope i get a quick answer.

hi ,
i got a very good procedure for creation of live cd.
i tried it.
what happened was, my disk space was insufficient.
everything else worked.
