Able to boot from CD but cannot instal FC-2 becaue of CD Driver Not found

Hi

My system is a Sony PCG-Z505JS.

I am new to Linux world.
1) I have successfully burnt 4 FC-2 CDs. I insert Cd-1 and reboot.

2) I see the FC-2 installation Screen with a boot prompt.

3) Now when I press <Enter> at the boot prompt, the control goes to a screen where it says the installation method.

4) I select CDROM

5) It takes me to a screen which asks to Select a Driver. Here I get stuck...

why in the first place the system was able to boot from the CD-ROM and now its asking for a Driver.

Please help me ? Am i doing something wrong ? Do i need to download some driver ?

p.s. I was successfully able to install Linux7.2 earlier on this machine (with the same CD-Drive)
