5900XT, ViewSonic not probed

I have a 5900XT and a ViewSonic 19' pfb I am trying to install FC1 x86_64, and it gives me video adapter not probed, and monitor not found. It gives the same error on the boot CDs before installation. If I go ahead and do a text install once it gets done, I update the machine, install the nVidia drivers, make sure that my XFree86-4 file is correct with Monitor info, and video adapter info, and nothing. I still get unprobed monitor. If I run a ddcprobe, it does not detect a video card, or monitor. Also the system is a MSI K8T800 Master with an Opteron 244, the video adapter is a BFG 5900XTOC running FC1 x86_64.
