yum.conf file?

I was looking at my yum.conf file and it shows...

Code:
[base]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Base
#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/$releasever/$b$
mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/fedora-core-$releasever
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
[updates-released]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Released Updates
#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/$relea$
mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/updates-released-fc$releas$
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
I don't know if this is what I should be using to update my system since I use YUM to update or patch my system a lot.

Can someone tell me if the servers I am pulling from are good or bad?

I think your system is setup to use a random mirror everytime you run yum. This can result in yum working fine at times or if the mirror has a problem yum can be a bit slow. Generally I have never had a problem with fc yum mirrors.

It probably would be best. You can always add other repositories alongside the ones you already have.
