xmms (with other user)


hey guys,
all this stuff is getting me crazy :-(
i have xmms running but i got this message when trying to play a mp3 track from other user

in the terminal:

please check tah your soundcard is configured properly, you have the correct ouiput plugin selected, no other program is blocking your sound card

does somebody know whats going on ?
a permissions problem ?

I am a little confused here. You are trying to run two XMMS instances at once, with different user accounts?

hi MS3FGX,
no, what i'm trying to do is to run xmms from two different users, but only one instance at a time.
