xinetd.conf
Hi,
I just installed Fedora core 5 and want to run my IMAP server through xinetd, but there is no default /etc/xinetd.conf
Can i just add and edit this file as RedHat and restart the xinetd daemon?

you don't use xinetd.conf, you put your own dedicated file in /etc/xinetd.d/ a static .conf file was how the older inted worked.

I think i have to learn more about what has changed since RedHat...
I put my own file in "/etc/xinetd.d/, then tried to enable it.
I used to restart the inetd using: "/etc/init.d/xinetd restart", but there is no such script.
Then i tried:
# service xinetd restart
xinetd: unrecognized service
Do i need to install some RPM to enable the xinetd?
