X Error of failed request - when open a new tab in gnome-terminal

At some sessions, whenever open a new tab in Gnome-Terminal, I get error:
$ X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 1 (X_CreateWindow)
Value in failed request: 0x0
Serial number of failed request: 101
Current serial number in output stream: 107
I saw in /var/log/messages and /var/log/Xorg.0.log but nothing special.
