wnck applet crash - Fedora RC2

I came over a problem with wnck applet yesterday, when i login it refuses to start and then locks everything up. Im running RC2, but with one slight change, mainly the 2.6.6 kernel to fix the 4k stack problem with nvidia drivers.

While slightly annoying i can live with it, but im wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and/or found a solution.

The specifics of what im running are:

linux kernel 2.6.6

RC2 with all current updates installed.

Problem freezing

I don't know if this is going to solve your problem, but I had the same issue and I solved it that way
1. Wait for the gnome loading screen to disappear
2. Disactivated a little applet I had put onto my taskbar (this applet allowed me to type and execute some commands)
3. And then, the problem was solved for me (no more problem at boot)

It seems that this applet was the problem (could not be correctly loaded at boot time)

Hope it is going to help you
