No. Time is an issue, as I'm starting college tomorrow. I live in slackware, and have fedora for the rainy day when I want yum. As this usually means downloading a gigabyte of updates since the last time I used it, it's not very often!

RESOLVED - F13 wireless thing

With my card, (Broadcom b4312 using b43 kernel module and wext driver in common with all kernel supplied drivers) I cannot believe fedora have mucked the kernel up enough to prevent me getting online.

What they have mucked up mightily is the log on scripts. They had one (init.d/network) which didn't work because nobody had a breeze how to configure it and they replaced it with another which doesn't work because nobody had a breeze how to configure it. They normally get away with it because people boot to runlevel 5 and the gnome NetworkManager thing rescues them. I am using runlevel 3 a lot and hit major issues

The resolution of the matter is that my laptop suddenly has need of an extra distro (CAE Linux) and Fedora is making way for it. Goodbye!
