Wireless Card And Fedora 5

Hello everybody,

I've just installed FC5 on my laptop, but it doesn't seem to recognise my wireless card; Windows XP system info tells me that it is an Atheros AR5005G Wireless Network Adapter.

Could anybody pleae tell me how to enable this in FC5? I am a newbie when it comes to Linux; I really want to ditch bloody awful XP but am struggling a bit!

I would say that it probably isn't going to work nativly at the minute but this is the driver that will work eventually. You could always try installing and running it anyway.

Try reading about ndiswrapper available at http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/ on how to use the windows driver in linux.
