wine instalation error
On Fedora core 6 64 bit os I run
$ yum -y install wine ends with this message: Transaction Check Error: file /usr/share/man/man1/xmlcatalog.1.gz from install of libxml2-2.6.29-1.fc6 conflicts with file from package libxml2-2.6.26-2.1.1 file /usr/share/man/man1/xmllint.1.gz from install of libxml2-2.6.29-1.fc6 conflicts with file from package libxml2-2.6.26-2.1.1 file /usr/share/man/man1/xsltproc.1.gz from install of libxslt-1.1.21-1.fc6 conflicts with file from package libxslt-1.1.17-1.1 file /usr/share/hal/fdi/information/20thirdparty/10-camera-libgphoto2.fdi from install of gphoto2-2.3.1-3.fc6 conflicts with file from package gphoto2-2.2.0-2.1 file /usr/share/man/man1/gphoto2.1.gz from install of gphoto2-2.3.1-3.fc6 conflicts with file from package gphoto2-2.2.0-2.1 this means wine don't instal on my computer?? |
Try just downloading wine RPM and 'rpm -ivh' it. Errors look like unrelated to wine (at least wine on NixOS needs none of mentioned packages). Or try explicitly upgrading the mentioned libxml2, libxslt and gphoto2.
