Where are the Man Pages and Linuxconf in Fedora Core 6?

Back on Redhat 8 and earlier I used the Man Pages and Linuxconf to help administer Linux and to add users. What is the Fedora Core 6 version of Man Pages and Linuxconf?

linuxconf was abolished about 7 years ago.... good riddance to bad rubbish. try the system-config-????? tools instead. as for man... still exactly the same places.
