what is fedora publisher edition

I have Fedora Core Publisher edition with a college txt book should i use it, since I can't get my Mandrake to work and no one will help with it?

The publisher edition is just the version of Fedora which came with your book. The differences between that and the four cd version are probably just the size, alot of stuff has, most likely, been removed for the publisher edition.
If you are having a problem with mandrake a better forum would be the mandriva forum (that is mandrake's new name), or contact the company if you are still entitled to help from them.
You haven't told us whats wrong with mandrake, does it appear in your bootloader's menu? If not, then, when you overwrote the Master Boot Record (MBR), you probaby didn't configure /etc/grub.conf to offer each OS in its menu.? Can you tell us the problem more specifically? and the locations of your various /boots(fedora and mandrake)? Happy computing, Kurt

i posted my mandrake problem on the mandrake fourm I was just wondering if it would be a wise switch.
