what is an easy method to reinstall grub?

I had fedora12 and win xp loaded as dual boot system, with grub as the boot loader.

Recently, i loaded win7 and the grub menu is no more coming.

How do i reinstall the grub in order to get the dual OS menu after boot.

Tell me an easy way( eg. using any rescue distribution...

Thank you in advance!!

Really easy:

1. Insert install disk and boot

2. Figure out which disk you needs the MBR (EX: /dev/hda)

3. Run grub-install

'Hope that helps .. PSM
