What gives with Windows Virus in Fedora-30

Fedora 30/KDE
In Fedora30, Chrome,on some websites getting Windows Virus checking message call Microsoft, Locks up Chrome and computer, have to shut off computer reboot and go back into Fedora-30 without any problems.

Your computer doesn't likely lock up either...just slow, from whatever java is running. ALT-F4 will close the browser.

What TB0ne said. You'll get the same sites on your phone if the site is dodgy and the dialogs are crafted to look like the OS you are running: iOS or Android to make you think it is a legitimate problem.
