I'm having issues with Samba. Not sure why I can't get it to work. No biggie though. Also, NTP doesn't quite work right. If you have it set to load and update on boot, it will fail because NTP loads before the network manager does. Hence, no internet access for it to update.

I am also having issues with samba. I will start a new thread regarding it.

There is another thread that mentions SELinux blocking it, and the lack of SELinux options in system-config-securitylevel prevents allowing samba access. I've disabled it but it still fails to work properly.

pentium III 600, hd ide hitachi 40g, bios ami,1 nec dvd-rom and 1 cdrom, f7 gnome

5 main issues(1,2,3,4 didnt exist in FC6 or previous):

1- an extra delay of 3/4 mn:

4x these 3 lines -then the next step ...Reading all Physical Volumes...

2- (the most important because of freezing) eth 0 hangs on bootup , d-link DGE-528T

3- nvidia driver (livna rpm) disagree with SEl enforcing mode

4- closing chess games kill X session

5- nv driver (lcd viewsonic vg2021m):the gnome display is shifted to the right of 0.30cm
