what directory to download kernel headers

I am using a system in which LAN card is not working I need to compile the drivers for LAN card it is sc92031 chipset
the output of lspci is

Ethernet controller: Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. Unknown device 2031 (rev 01)

so I want to install kernel headers I looked in the Fedora Core 6 DVD that I head was unable to understand what to copy and what not some body suggested to to
yum install kernel-devel
but the point is when the lan card is not detected how do you expect me to run this command

so I went to site
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu.../linux/core/6/
tell me which directory on this site
they have given 4 directories
i386
ppc
source
x86_64
what do I need to download and how to install the kernel headers
since my LAN card drivers are giving me problem when ever I try to compile them

Running that command will install the kernel-devel package off the DVD. You don't need a lan card for that.
