Util-linux update. Can't login as anyone except root
 

As a result (I presume) of a very recent util-linux update I cannot login as anyone on my machine except root.

On the boot I get the following error just :

error - cannot connect to audit system

and some others i cant remember when trying to activate auditd

The only result on google is this site with some code which activates this error so i presume this error is a result of this CVS commit:

I will add further detail of error messages soon if needed.
