using up2date with Fedora Core 1

My Fedora Core 1 box keeps telling me I need to update my computer through the RHN. I went to https://rhn.redhat.com and registered.

I need to know how to get an updated version of "up2date" so I can get the latest updates.

I do not want to have to pay....

Yea, those servers are a bit slow, especially if anything important comes out...

You can configure up2date to use mirrors which should speed things up
