USB ports not working

I recently had to do an install over a prexisting Fedora 2 installation(an upgrade to reinstall GRUB if you will) and now my USB ports won't run.

Dmesg gives:

usbcore: registered new driver hiddev
usbcore: registered new driver hid

What happened and how do I fix it?
