URGENT: JRE not found

I am working on a project, and I really need to get it going. I started Eclipse and this is what I get:

This is what I have in /usr/bin/java:

I'd really, REALLY appreciate it if this problem could be fixed by today. It was working last night...

Not as urgent anymore. I can launch it through /usr/share/eclipse/eclipse, but I would really like to launch from the menu...

"/usr/bin/java" should be a symlink to "/etc/alternatives/java"; try something like this:

/usr/sbin/alternatives --install /usr/bin/java java /opt/jre1.5.0_05/bin/java 2
