Upgrade to fedora 24

After upgrading to fedora 24 my Sea Monkey web browser won't open. I went in a terminal and opened it. It says I have a problem with Authentication protocols. I found a WPAD file I installed. But a Proxy Auto-config rpm I found wouldn't load it says I have one.
Some how they downgraded some files.
Does any one have any ideas.
