updating multiple machines with yum

I am at the moment updating my FC3 machine using
yum -y update

When this process is complete, all the downloaded files should still be in /var/cache/yum.

How can I run yum on another machine and make it use these files instead of re downloading the whole lot again.

The problem is I have a limited download limit and would rather copy the files to the 2nd machine and make it install them off the harddirve.

ps.. getting the files onto the other machine is not a problem, just making yum find them.

You can use yum to build a local repository, or use rsync to sync with an actual Fedora mirror.
