Update Problems
 

I just installed Fedora Core 1 on an older machine (600 mhz 512 ram) and for some reason up2date is having trouble updating. It seems to get stuck on a file called nss-ldap. Can anyone help? I've tried moving it to the ignore list but that doesn't seem to work.

i've come across a few reports of up2date being buggy and unstable.
when i was running fc2 I had loads of problems with it

set up apt and then synaptic and use that to update instead,
it's far more reliable
