update failure says mirror not found

ok so i have fedora 11 and installed the fastest mirror plugin and added the rpm fusion repo. i then went to update by typing as root "yum -y update" and it says there were almost 400 updates. but it started to update and ended up failing saying there was no more mirrors ect. it kept on finding no mirrors for bout 10 min or so and ended up not updating

i was wondering if anyone could help me solve the issue

Yes, the mirrors are going through some fixes, give it some time. "Yum update may fail due to mirror problems" from the #fedora IRC topic.
