Uninstalling Fedora Core 3 : Newbie

Hello. I have a dual boot system with Fedora Core 3 and Windows XP. My PC came preloaded with Windows XP, and I have been able to install Fedora Core 3 as well without any complications. However, it seems to have made Windows XP run slow. I need to uninstall Fedora Core 3, but I am not sure how to do that. I need to revert my system to the state it was in before installing Fedora Core 3. What is the easiest and safest way to do this? Please help out.

using partitioning software, you can delete the FC partitions, and expand the windows partition...

but i don't beleive FC caused windows to slow down. it is common knowledge that windows performance will degrade with use. there are some things you can do (like defrag, and dumping temp files) to improve the situation, but windows will never run like it did off the first boot unless you completely re-install.
