Unbelievable slow under Fedroa
 

The first time I try Fedroa.

System
Intel E4500 with G41 motherboard, 2G DDR2 memory.

Can run Windows 2008 server and OPENSUSE smoothly, but Fedroa is unbelievable slow. I even can fell the pause during I scroll up and down a webpage

Could anybody give me a little explanation?

slow is not very descriptive

by chance have you turned off any unused services ?

turn ipv6 look-up off in FireFox AND in fedora 13
