unable to update calmav

I'me running clamav.x86_64-0.88.3-1.fc4 and am trying to update to the latest version but am getting the following error:

Error: Unable to satisfy dependencies
Error: Package clamav-server needs clamav-lib = 0.88.3-1.fc4, this is not available.

I'm running the 64bit version of Fedora Core 4.

google(better at http://www.google.com/linux) for "clamav-lib 0.88.3-1.fc4", it will give you lots of sites where this package is available
else download & install from here and then update clamav

obviously i've thought of that already but i'm using yum to attempt to update clamav. So how do I do this with installing the file separately and then yum update clamav?

Download the file & install with
rpm -ivh clamav-lib...
and then update clamav with yum

rpm -ivh clamav-lib-0.88.4-1.fc4.x86_64.rpm
